How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Do the products have a warranty?
ETHERION products come with a warranty for manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable legislation and the conditions displayed on the site.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, damage caused by improper use, or excessive contact with water, perfume, or chemical substances.
