These Terms and Conditions govern the use of ETHERION websites, the placing of orders, and the relationship between the client and ETHERION SRL.

ETHERION makes every effort to ensure that product information, images, descriptions, prices, and availability are as clear and up-to-date as possible.
Product images are for presentation purposes only. There may be slight differences in color, texture, finish, or detail compared to the physical product, depending on the screen, batch, material, or manufacturing process.
ETHERION products are intended for personal use, such as jewelry, tech accessories, or wellness items. The information presented on the site does not constitute medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a specialist.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the site are in the currency shown at checkout and may vary depending on the market, domain, promotions, or store settings.
For Romania, prices may be displayed in RON. For other markets, prices may be displayed in the currency available in the store at the time of access.
ETHERION reserves the right to change prices, promotions, or product availability without prior notice.
5. Orders
An order is considered placed after completing the checkout steps and receiving the automatic email confirmation.
ETHERION may contact the client for further confirmation, clarifications regarding the address, product availability, or delivery details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in situations such as:
- incorrect or incomplete contact information
- suspicion of fraud
- product unavailability
- obvious pricing or technical information errors
- inability to process payment or delivery
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include, depending on store settings:
- online bank card payment
- cash on delivery, if available
- other payment methods enabled in the store
Online payments are processed through specialized payment service providers. ETHERION does not store bank card data.
7. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by courier to the address provided by the client in the order form.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery time may vary depending on the location, courier, peak periods, or product availability.
The cost of delivery is displayed at checkout before finalizing the order.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Products ordered online can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the package, in accordance with the right of withdrawal applicable to distance orders.

9. Warranty
ETHERION products are covered by a warranty for manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable legislation and the conditions displayed on the site.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, damage caused by improper use, excessive contact with water, perfume, chemical products, or modifications made to the product after purchase.
For warranty claims, the client must provide the order number, clear photographs, and a brief description of the situation.
10. Authenticity
ETHERION products may be accompanied by identification elements such as a certificate of authenticity, product code, QR code, and holographic seal, depending on the collection and model.

11. Limitation of Liability
ETHERION cannot be held responsible for the improper use of products, misinterpretation of the information presented on the site, or for expectations that exceed the nature of the products sold.
ETHERION products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
12. Copyright
All texts, images, graphic elements, logos, names, concepts, and materials published on ETHERION websites belong to ETHERION or its partners and are protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation.
Copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of these without the written consent of ETHERION is prohibited.

ETHERION reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary.

14. Disputes
Any disagreement arising between ETHERION and the client will be settled, as much as possible, amicably.
If an amicable settlement is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania, in accordance with applicable legislation.
