Returns & Warranty

We want every ETHERION order to reach you in the best possible condition. If the product you received does not meet your expectations or you need support after your purchase, please contact us.

Product returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the package, in accordance with the right of withdrawal applicable to distance orders.

In your message, please include:

  • your full name
  • order number
  • the product you wish to return
  • the reason for the return, optionally
  • photos, if the product arrived damaged or there is a visible issue

Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned in good condition, without obvious signs of improper use, together with the packaging and accessories received, if any.

Personalized products, products damaged through improper use, or incomplete products may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product was delivered incorrectly or has a confirmed defect.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, the amount for the product will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order or through a method agreed upon with the customer.

Refunds are usually processed within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal request, with the possibility of withholding the refund until the returned product is received or until proof of shipment is provided.

Warranty

ETHERION products come with a warranty for manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable legislation and the conditions presented on the site.

The warranty covers existing product defects that were not caused by improper use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • scratches, dents, or mechanical damage
  • excessive contact with water, perfume, chemical products, or abrasive substances
  • damage caused by improper storage or use
  • modifications made to the product after purchase
