The ETHERION verification system includes, depending on the product and collection, a product code, a certificate of authenticity, a dedicated QR code, and a holographic stamp. These elements offer extra clarity, trust, and traceability for the purchased product.
How to verify an ETHERION product
To verify an ETHERION product, consult the certificate of authenticity or the product packaging, if it includes identification elements.
1. Product code
Each product may have a reference code associated with the collection and model. This code is used to identify the product within the ETHERION system.
2. Certificate of authenticity
The certificate of authenticity confirms that the product belongs to the ETHERION universe and includes relevant information about the product, collection, and associated technology.
3. QR code
For products that include a certificate, the QR code may direct you to an individual verification page associated with the product code.
The individual page displays product information and confirms the code associated with the purchased model.
4. Holographic stamp
The ETHERION holographic stamp is an additional visual element of authenticity. It supports the integrity of the product presentation and complements the ETHERION identification system.

Quality and warranty
Products are covered by a warranty for manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable legislation and the policies posted on the site.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, bumps, scratches, excessive contact with water, chemical substances, or modifications made to the product after purchase.
