Delivery Policy

This policy explains how orders placed on ETHERION websites are processed and delivered.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

As a rule, orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. During busy periods or for pre-ordered products, the processing time may be longer.

Delivery method

Delivery is carried out by courier companies to the address provided by the customer in the order form.

The customer is responsible for correctly completing the delivery details: name, phone number, address, city, county, and postal code, if required.

Estimated delivery time

After handing over the package to the courier, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within Romania.

For international deliveries, the delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, courier, customs formalities, and busy periods.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost is displayed at checkout before finalizing the order and may vary depending on the delivery address, shipping method, and available promotions.

If there is a threshold for free shipping, it will be displayed in the store or at checkout.

Order tracking

After the package is shipped, the customer may receive tracking information, depending on the courier used and the data available for the order.

Unsuccessful deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect data, the customer's absence from the address, or refusal of the package, ETHERION may contact the customer for clarification.

Additional costs generated by a re-shipment may be borne by the customer.

Damaged packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend checking it upon receipt and, if necessary, requesting a damage report from the courier.
