Orders placed on ETHERION websites are processed on business days and shipped via courier, depending on product availability and order confirmation.
Processing time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
During busy periods or in the case of pre-ordered products, the processing time may be longer. In this situation, the customer will be informed.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by courier to the address provided in the order form.
The delivery cost is displayed at checkout, depending on the delivery address, the chosen method, and the conditions available in the store at the time of the order.
After the package is shipped, the customer may receive tracking information, depending on the courier used.
Payment methods

Credit/Debit card
Online card payment, under secure conditions provided by the payment processor.
Cash on delivery
Payment is made to the courier upon receipt of the package, if this method is available at checkout.
