A well-chosen elastic sleeve provides local support and helps maintain a feeling of stability during movement.

The elastic design of the sleeve offers uniform compression without blocking the natural mobility of the hand. The material sits comfortably against the skin, and the elastic edges help secure the product in place.

Choose the size based on your wrist circumference. Measure the wrist area without tightening the tape measure excessively.

Choose the right size and wear the cuff on clean, dry skin. Insert your hand through the product and position the cuff so that it comfortably covers the wrist area.

The product should be snug but comfortable. It should not be excessively tight or create an unpleasant sensation of pressure. If you feel discomfort, numbness, or too much pressure, remove the product and choose a more suitable size.

For use on both hands, we recommend the 2-piece set version.

Maintenance:

- hand wash or delicate cycle recommended;
- wash at a low temperature;
- do not use bleach;
- do not dry clean;
- do not tumble dry;
- let the product air dry, away from direct heat sources.
